在对猪戊型肝炎流行病调查过程中,通过Nested RT-PCR方法,扩增基因组ORF2的150 bp目的片段,测序并进行分析。结果表明:某猪场同时存在3型和4型HEV,这是我国首次在同一个猪场发现不同基因型HEV共同感染的报道。对基因3型HEV在该猪场流行趋势进行跟踪调查,基因3型阳性率最高达20%,最低4%,平均11.5%;基因4型最高阳性率30%,最低20%,平均23.5%。此研究结果提示基因3型HEV在该猪场与基因4型相比在竞争感染中不占主导优势。
