对12个番茄普通栽培品种和3个从日本引进的设施栽培专用耐盐砧木品种的幼苗分别进行系列浓度和高浓度(120 mmol.L-1)NaCl胁迫处理,10 d后调查不同品种单株幼苗的生长特性和盐害程度。结果表明,12个普通栽培品种在幼苗期存在明显的耐盐性差异,5个为盐敏感品种,4个为中等耐盐品种,3个为较耐盐品种;3个砧木品种的耐盐性显著强于12个普通栽培品种,且砧木“Support”耐盐性最强。以上结果为通过嫁接换根提高设施栽培番茄的耐盐性提供了理论基础。
